The sofa was safely delivered on Wednesday through the bay doors on the balcony with no mishaps and minimal fuss, (and carried out within half an hour!). I would like to take this opportunity to say thank you for the customer care I received fro you guys, even your receptionist knew me by my voice and could pronounce my surname so perfectly well. Whatever expenditure is spent on customer care is money well spent. The sofa is truly lovely and everyone says so, we think it is good value for money. We have already planned to purchase the armchair and the burgundy three seater for our move to the US next year. Once again thank you.
